What this site takes in, why, and who sees it. Short version first, in a table.

How long it stays
Job records and receipts are kept as long as tax and insurance rules require. Call recordings for jobs that were never booked are cleared on a rolling schedule. Details from a quote that never went ahead are removed a year after the visit.
Your options
Email the address above to see what we hold, fix a mistake, or have it deleted. Deletion is done within ten business days, apart from invoices bookkeeping law makes us keep. Say at the start of a call if you would rather not be recorded; notes are taken by hand instead. This site is for adults arranging cleaning at a property they live in, own or manage, and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone under eighteen.
